This Refund Policy explains how paid Digmenu subscriptions, cancellations, and refund requests work. Digmenu is a QR digital menu service operated by an individual in Kosovo. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for online payments.
Digmenu offers a 14-day Pro free trial (no credit card required). After the trial, Pro is available at €10 per month or €99 per year, plus tax where applicable. Enterprise plans are custom-priced — contact us for a quote.
When you subscribe to Pro online, payment and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com (“Paddle”), which is the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes charges, applicable taxes, and refund transactions on our behalf.
During the 14-day Pro trial you are not charged for Pro. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account moves off Pro trial access according to your account status at that time. Starting a paid subscription after the trial is a separate charge handled by Paddle.
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your Digmenu billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
Enterprise agreements may include different cancellation terms as quoted in writing.
If you are not satisfied with a Pro payment, you may request a refund within 14 days of that charge (initial purchase or a renewal payment). Requests received within this window are eligible for a full refund of that payment, unless applicable law gives you additional rights.
Refunds are issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Pro access for the refunded period ends when the refund is processed.
