We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for non-payment under Section 3, material breaches of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks, or binding legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow a remediable breach to be corrected.
Account deletion requests are reviewed by support before completion. While a request is pending, cancel future renewal through Billing or Paddle’s customer portal if you want to stop charges immediately. Deletion does not automatically refund previous payments; Section 4 still applies. Once deletion is completed, the deleted menus cannot be republished from that account.
If a trial ends or paid access ends without another active subscription, dashboard access may be restricted and public menus unpublished. That alone does not delete your saved menu content. Digmenu is not an archival service and does not promise indefinite retention of accounts or menus. How long inactive account and menu data is kept, and when it may be deleted, is set out in our Privacy Policy as that policy is updated. Personal-data categories, analytics, temporary AI files, and backups are described there.
Backup copies and records retained for legal purposes follow the retention schedules and criteria in our Privacy Policy. Such copies are not an active menu archive or a guarantee of customer-requested recovery.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. These Terms do not replace any data-processing agreement required by applicable law.
